SCHRAMM - sleep culture with tradition. The Schramm workshops in Winnweiler are a family-run traditional company that has been focusing on high-quality beds, box spring beds and bedroom furnishings for almost a century. In the meantime, Schramm has developed into a worldwide known and appreciated brand. The development of the beds and their box spring bed elements is done by Schramm itself. The design comes from internationally renowned designers and offices. The selection of materials and craftsmanship are perfect in every detail. The manufacturing is done in our own factory - handwork, Made in Germany. Beds from Schramm have already won several awards.

SCHRAMM - a variety of high quality beds

To date, Schramm has developed a variety of beds of the highest quality. Several lines can be distinguished: The PUREBEDS, each of which is a whole pre-configured system - frame, base mattress, mattress - which can be varied in appearance several times. The ORIGINS, in the BASIS version as beds with the mattress lying on top, in the GALA version with the mattress lying in a frame, as COMPLETE with elements already pre-configured in a certain frame. In all models there is a large number of choices in terms of materials, feet and composition of mattresses. Cover fabrics for the frame of the bed and the headboard are available in a wide range of materials, textures and colors. Of course, the Schramm beds are available in all standard sizes; custom-made products are also possible.

The SCHRAMM mattress - central element of the beds

Schramm takes great care in the development and production of the core element of the beds, the mattresses. There are five models to choose from: EMOTION, EMOTION LUXE, HEAVEN, MYTHOS and DIVINA. All mattresses are carefully manufactured spring mattresses: Mattresses in which numerous springs, thermoelectrically tempered after coiling and thus strengthened in their dynamics, are distributed over the surface of the mattress, each individually sewn into cotton pockets. The thickness and distribution of the springs over the mattress surface allows certain parts of the body to be supported differently during sleep, which is very conducive to sleeping comfort.

The other parts and materials of the mattresses are also very carefully selected and processed in all layers. Basically, all layers of the mattresses in the Schramm manufactory are not connected with glue, but with elaborate blind stitching. In addition, this allows the mattresses to be adjusted to the weight of the sleeper. All this, together with the other elements of the bed, creates an excellent sleeping climate and ensures the highest level of sleeping comfort. Schramm mattresses are also available in all standard sizes, and special designs are also possible. And of course, these mattresses can also be used in beds and box spring beds of other brands.

The SCHRAMM sleep system

In order to achieve high comfort and the best possible sleep for each person, it is necessary to systematically use all the possibilities offered by the repertoire of bed elements. The basis is the bottom mattress inserted in the bed frame. Already it has an upholstery with body-appropriate distribution. The models then offer a wide range of variation from the simple, fixed sub-mattress, through manually adjustable models, to comfortable sub-mattresses that can be adjusted by motor via remote control. It is on these base mattresses - as the main element - that the mattress unfolds its effect. With its individual structure and force distribution, it supports comfortable, optimal lying, while the well thought-out structure in several layers supports air circulation. Of the available formulas, it is essential to choose the one that corresponds to the body weight. With the help of loops placed on the outside of all mattresses, they can be easily turned and thus used evenly; this, in addition to the durable dynamics of the cylindrical springs, contributes to the long life of the mattress. The sleeping system is completed with the use of a matching topper, which additionally contributes to sleeping comfort and better air circulation in the bed.
