Yomei

In 2006 the designer Andre Schelbach founded his furniture manufactory Yomei in Detmold. His goal was: the combination of aesthetics and practical use. Through his work as a designer he developed a very personal style, which was also influenced by his stay in Japan.

Even the company name is Japanese and means "excellent", which Andre Schelbach implements in his furniture. Designed by himself, the furniture is processed with great care in the manufactory only from high-quality, natural materials such as solid wood, leather and stainless steel by qualified professionals. Furniture "Made in Germany", whose aesthetic design and functionality make each piece unique.

Often in the industry, Yomei furniture is compared to Swiss watches, which in addition to the designs means: the highest quality, precision, functionality and durability. The furniture, which is mostly handmade, is subject to strict quality controls and each piece receives a quality passport when it is shipped. Manufactured at Yomei are coffee tables in various designs, such as the elegant Minimize, side tables, consoles, nightstands, secretaries and other highly functional design furniture.

For example, a particularly beautiful model is the secretary Yomei Magic, made of black polished stainless steel with a table top in black leather. Utensils boxes, cabling and the cable passage guarantee high functionality. Or the UP side table, which allows relaxed working with its adjustable tabletop inclination and height.
