Japanese furniture manufacturer Conde House has been making furniture in contemporary designs with Japanese, Scandinavian and German influences for over forty years. A typical piece from Conde House is the Challenge chair, created by the designer team Hoffmann, Maly and Kahleyess. Simply restrained in design, the seat shell designed to fit the body allows for relaxed and comfortable sitting.
With the Challenge chair, Conde House has succeeded in creating a piece of furniture that captivates with its contemporary yet simple design. On the cantilevered frame of solid wood and with the filigree legs rests the body-shaped, upholstered seat shell.
