Wewood Bridge desk
High-quality furniture from Wewood has been manufactured only since 2010. The still quite young brand from Portugal relies on honest carpentry and on wood as the dominant material. The Portuguese combine culture and design of their home country. The Bridge desk is a modern wooden table inspired by the city of Porto. Featuring smooth, rounded surfaces, this furniture is reminiscent of the bridges of the Portuguese metropolis with its arches spanning the legs - the only one in Europe with six bridges!
Simple wooden table from Portugal
Bridge desk, designed by Christophe de Sousa, was awarded the European Product Design Award in bronze for its unusual, but also simple look. At the same time, the desk proves very reliable in practice: the multifunctional piece of furniture is equipped with a retractable drawer, which in turn is provided with recesses for storage. Wewood has released the desk, made of solid wood, in two different finishes - one in oak and the other in walnut. Minimalist aesthetics for any study!
