From a saddlery and upholstery workshop, the Austrian family business Wittmann developed in the 1960s into an international company producing high-quality upholstered furniture. Today, Wittmann is managed in the second generation by Ulrike Wittmann and Heinz Hofer-Wittmann. The principle still applies: individuality, high quality materials and precise craftsmanship, which together guarantee the longevity of the products.

Well-known designers create upholstered furniture, tables and shelves for Wittmann, which impress with their seating and reclining comfort, functionality and balance, durability and elegance. Sustainability is also an important issue for the company, which is why production continues to take place at the Austrian site in Etsdorf using selected materials and their careful processing. Wittmann furniture is exported to over 50 countries worldwide.

Design furniture with individuality of high quality

Wittmann's collections include upholstered furniture, couch and side tables, as well as various shelves, all of which are appealing for their surprising designs and fit into any living ambience. A particularly original piece of furniture is the armchair Vuelta, already its proportions promise coziness and comfort. It is available in several versions. It can be perfectly combined with the Vuelta sofa, chaise longue and stool. Exclusive is also the Bat collection, a design from 1907, consisting of a delicate table, chair and stool. An interesting piece of furniture is the Wittmann Sitzmaschine armchair, a design from 1905, with adjustable backrest and fold-out footrest.
