Founded in 1992, Design House Stockholm sees itself as a publishing house and by no means as a classic manufacturer. In addition to furniture, lighting and home textiles, the collections include high-quality design objects, fashion and accessories for the kitchen. The Swedes therefore carry tables and chairs as well as mugs, vases and blankets. As a "publisher of design", the brand works with renowned but also unknown designers from Germany and abroad, all of whom can contribute their ideas. The Scandinavians are less concerned with the big name than with the development of great products - made by hand and from invariably high-quality materials.

At Design House Stockholm, the makers focus on Scandinavian looks, which are mainly characterized by their simplicity and the absence of unnecessary details. The aim is to compile the best Scandinavian designs of today. The description does not refer to geography, after all, the Swedes cooperate with partners from all over the world. This applies to the designers, but also to the company's stores. These are located in Gothenburg, Frankfurt, Bangkok and Osaka, among other places. In addition, there are the online stores, which can be found in Australia, Europe and Asia as well as in the USA. Over 1000 items from more than 100 designers!
