Romo Fabrics

Romo - a British family company with a long tradition

Romo design studio was founded in the 1980s. It is based in the UK and is headed by designer Emily Mould. However, the history of the Romo Group, which includes other brands such as Villa Nova and kirkbydesign, goes back much further. It was founded as early as 1902 on the initiative of Robert Mould, who initially produced furniture, but from the 1930s concentrated on the production of high-quality upholstery fabrics. The Romo family business can therefore now draw on the experience of five generations.

Designed by designers and artists - stylish fabrics and wallpapers

In collaboration with her experienced team of designers, Emily Mould creates fabrics and very beautiful wallpapers in typical British design. She receives further support from talented artists who contribute their ideas. When the design for a new cushion cover is finally completed, the design team produces an original artwork, which is painted by hand and colored down to the smallest detail. The company then passes this original artwork to an experienced weaving or printing company, where the fabrics are produced.

Elegant accessories - stylish cushions from the house of Romo

Romo uses many of its designer fabrics to produce elegant pillows with floral motifs or abstract patterns. These pillows are characterized not only by a beautiful look, but also by exclusive materials. Their covers are made of the finest fabrics such as velvet or artificial silk satin, and the company often uses real feathers for the fillings. Therefore, the high-quality pillows of the Romo brand convince in every respect.
